The long servo pin option on this item can help to get this travel within the correct range. Any travel over 1/8” can create a situation of no overdrive gear. We are finding that when using the billet overdrive servo, this correct travel range is crucial. The recommended servo travel is 1/16”-1/8”. This servo is easy to install and can be done with the transmission in the vehicle. Higher mile transmissions can also benefit and help to postpone a costly rebuild. Installing this servo in lower mileage vehicles can add years to your transmission’s life.
